Kayla Alvarez is a dedicated Mental Health Coach and Transformational Embodiment Facilitator, passionately guiding teens and young adults towards mental wellness. With a blend of cognitive coaching and embodied practices, like Breathwork, EFT/Tapping and Multi-Sensory Visualizations, Kayla helps teens and young adults create a toolbox for adversity and develop vital life skills for success.

Xiomara Devia has a degree in psychology from Rafael Urdaneta University and a master's degree in behavior modification from CIPPSV in her native Venezuela. Xiomara has more than 25 years of experience as a clinical psychologist and believes in psychotherapy as a process of self-discovery and conscious and responsible personal growth. Xiomara is trained in Gestalt Therapy and also has experience in the teaching field (for 8 years she was a professor at the Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira (UNET) in the areas of human development and guidance). Xiomara and her family emigrated from their country in 2014. Xiomara became certified as an Integral Life Coach, trained in Group Therapy with Lego, recently became certified as an Open Doors trainer, and hopes to become certified and become a TBRI practitioner.

Angie Hilken, L.C.S.W. IMH-E is a licensed clinical social worker. Ms. Hilken is nationally rostered in Child Parent Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Trauma-Focus. She is certified in the State of Florida as an Adoption Competent trained therapist. Ms. Hilken has also been trained in the National Center for Education in Maternal and Child Health through Georgetown University Bright Futures Mental Health practices. She is a Zero to Three certified trainer in The Growing Brain and a registered Circle of Security Facilitator. Ms. Hilken is a former board member of Florida Association of Infant Mental Health and currently serves on the Advisory Board. She provides clinical and reflective supervision for numerous professionals within the state of Florida and nationally.

Pam Muller received a Bachelors of Art in Psychology and Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. She has worked with children and their families for the past 25+ years in various settings including a residential treatment center, group homes, community mental health centers, schools, daycares, Head Start and in private practice.

Emily Sharpe

Emily Sharpe is a graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Child Development. She recently graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked with children from various backgrounds, including Autism, anxiety, and learning difficulties.  She works as Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with The Nurture Place. Emily is passionate about social justice and working with kids who have experienced complex developmental trauma. Emily also plans on becoming a TBRI Practitioner.

Fueled by a personal story of both pain and grace, Ayasha is deeply committed to creating safe spaces where every individual can feel seen, supported, and begin to heal.

 

Ayasha holds certifications in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Trauma-Informed Care, Enneagram Coaching, Adoption, Foster Care & Race, and Early Childhood Development. Ayasha is currently expanding her foundation by pursuing her Master of Social Work degree to become a licensed trauma-informed therapist.

Lydia Pittman

Lydia Pittman graduated with her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently working towards licensure. She believes that holistic healing is integral for growth and has a tremendous passion for individuals,  young adults, and children. Lydia values techniques such as person-centered techniques, mindfulness-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and art and play therapy. She has worked with individuals, children, and families with various backgrounds, including complex trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, autism, ADHD, etc.  Lydia’s passion is to equip others to learn to heal,  grow, and thrive throughout their life’s journey, and she wants to help you, too!
