Service Description

This 8 week cohort is a collaborative and dynamic group for teens to explore their Values, Interests, Temperament, Activities, Life Mission and Meaningful Goals, and Strengths (VITALS)! ​ Embodying these 5 building blocks form positive habits, moral compasses, resilience, and most importantly, a strong sense of self & identity.
